Creating a MCF to BTU Special Conversion Factor

If you want to view or report on your data in other formats, you must create a special conversion for each format. You can then use the
      conversions in the Custom Report application.

       You will need your current conversion values for converting MCF to BTU.

To add a Special Factor:
  1. Open the Special Factors application.
  2. Under Print/View Report For, specify whether you are creating this special factor for an Account or a List.
  3. Select the Account or List.
  4. Under Effective Date/Time, in the From and To boxes, specify the time period in which the special factor you are creating will be in effect. You will be able to view all the special factors that are in effect for this time period.
  5. Click the Edit Icon.
    The Current Factors dialog box is opened and you can view all the special factors that are in effect for the specific time period.
  6. In the Current Factors list, select the Remote Unit(s) to which the special factor will be applied, and click Add.
        You can select multiple Remote Units by pressing the Ctrl key while you make selections from the list.
    The Special Factors: Add dialog box appears.
  7. In the Sepcial Factors: Add dialog box, enter the current conversion values (Factors and Operators) for converting MCF to BTU data.
  8. Click OK.
    The new special factor is added to the Current Factors list, and is ready for you to use in the Custom Report application. If you have specified an Effective Date/Time that is outside the time period specified in Step 4, the new special factor is displayed in red text on the list.
