To aid you in setting up the call information, the following information is displayed under Last Call:
- Date - the date the selected Remote Unit was scheduled to call in.
- Time - the time the selected Remote Unit was scheduled to call in.
- Called In - if the Called In check box is selected, the call was successful.
To set up the Remote Unit call information:
- Open the Remote Unit Configuration application.
- In the Available Remote Units list, select the Remote Unit with the input you want to configure.
Use the Search Engine utility to find a particular Remote Unit or group of related Remote Units
- Click the Edit Icon.
The View Remote Unit dialog box appears.
- Under Dial Out:
Although the "Dial Out" feature is unavailable in the initial DC 2009 release, prepare for the next release and enter
the information if:
- the selected Remote Unit has a dedicated phone line.
- the ring detect feature is enabled.
- In the Target Phone Number box, enter the phone number to which the selected Remote Unit will call.
- Under Next Call, enter the:
- Date - Click
and select the date for the selected Remote Unit to call in.
- Time - Click
and select the time for the selected Remote Unit to call in.
The Date and Time is typically set up by the Call Scheduler function in the Call Configuration application. It is recommended
that you do not modify these values.
- In the Available Call Profiles list, select a call profile.
- Click OK.
