A Current Selection box is found above each Available Accounts, Available Remote Units, or Available Lists list. This box references and helps you identify the particular Account, Remote Unit, or List that is currently selected from the displayed "available list." In Preferences you can specify the field information that is found in the Current Selection box. In this task, we'll set up the default Current Selection box for Available Remote Units lists.
To set up the default Current Selection box for Available Remote Units lists:
- On the File menu, select Preferences.
The Preferences tabs appear.
- Click the Remote Unit Selection tab.
For Accounts select the Account Selection tab, and for Lists select the List Selection & Defaults tab.
- In the Default Current Selection box, click the arrow and select the default field to display in the Current Selection box.
- Click OK.
