Setting Up Default Field Order and Length for Available Remote Units lists

1. On the File menu, select Preferences.
   The Preferences tabs appear.
2. Click the Remote Unit Selection tab.
3. Under Order and Length of Available Remote Units List, select the field you wish to reposition.
   The position of the selected field is displayed in the Old box, under Position.
4. Under Position, enter the new position for the selected field in the New box. You can type the position or click the arrows and select a position.
5. Click Apply.
   The new position for the selected field is displayed in the Position column in the Order and Length of Available Remote Units List.
6. In the Length column of the selected field, enter the new length.
7. Repeat Steps 3 through 6 to modify any additional fields.
8. When you have finished modifying the fields, click OK.
