Changing a Call Profile for Multiple Remote Units

A Call Profile is assigned to a Remote Unit using the Remote Unit Configuration application, when it is added to the system. If you want to
      change the Call Profile for a single Remote Unit, you must use the Remote Unit Configuration application. For the following task, you are
      changing a Call Profile for an Account with multiple members or a List.


       Click the Misc tab and deselect (clear) the Change Special Command Count to and click the Alarms tab and deselect all the Change
       check boxes.
To change a Call Profile for multiple Remote Units:
  1. Open the Multi-Member Configuration application.
  2. In the Available Images list, select the Image you want to use.
    If there is not an available image that meets your criteria, you can add a new image first.
    See Adding a Multi-Member Configuration Image.
  3. Click the Edit Icon.
    The Edit Image dialog box appears.
  4. Click the What tab.
  5. Under the Select Information group, select either:
    Account if you are changing the call profile for the members of an Account.
    List if you are changing the call profile for the members of a list.
    The list is displayed as Available Accounts if you have selected Account, and as Available Lists if you have selected List.
  6. Select the Account or List you want to use.
    Use the Search Engine Utility to find an Account or List or to sort the list by a particular field.
    The "Selected List" or "Selected Account" is displayed in a box next to the Search for box.
  7. Click the Misc tab and select Change Call Profile to:
  8. Select the call profile you want to assign from the Available Call Profiles list.
  9. Click Change
