To edit Interval data:
- Open the Data Viewer application.
- In the Available Accounts list, select the Account that retrieves Interval data you want to edit.
To help you in finding a particular Account or related group of Accounts, you can setup and execute a search with the
Search Engine utility.
- In the Account Members list, select the Account Member that retrieves the Interval data you want to edit.
If you want to edit Interval data for all the Account Members, click the Select All button.
- Click

and specify the beginning date and time for the period over which to retrieve Interval data for editing (the end date and time is the present date).
- In the Data Type list, click the arrow and select Interval.
- Click
.
The "Interval" dialog box for the selected Account Member appears.
If you chose to view Interval data for ALL the Account Members, (by clicking Select All), an "Interval" dialog box for each Account
Member appears.
If no Interval data is available, the following message appears in the title bar:
"No Interval Data for [Remote Unit] [Remote Unit ID]"
Click
to view the Previous set of 60 Intervals and click
to view the Next set of 60 Intervals. These options are also available on
the View menu.

- Select the Interval you want to edit, highlight the Value column entry, and enter the new value.
The Interval you are editing (row) is preceded with a check mark. If you are editing a number a number of Intervals, these check marks will assist you in correctly identifying the ones you have edited.
- When you have finished editing: On the File menu, click Save.
Your changes are saved to the database. If you want to view an updated Status column, click Refresh on the File menu.
- Close the Interval dialog box in any of the following ways:
Selecting Exit on the File menu.
Pressing Alt + F4. (You can use this for any open dialog box)
Clicking the X in the upper right corner of the dialog box.
