There are two ways you can add a new Data Status Report Image:
- Create a new Data Status Report Image with no report setup information specified.
- Create a new Data Status Report Image using an existing Image's report setup information as a basis for the new Image.
To add a new Data Status Report Image:
- Open the Data Status Report application.
- Do one of the following:
Click the Add Icon
Select Add from the Data Menu.
The Add Image dialog box is opened.
- In the New Image name box, enter a name for the new Image.
- Deselect the Copy from Image check box.
- Click OK.
To add a new Data Status Report Image using information from an existing Image:
- Open the Data Status Report application.
- In the Available Images list, select the Image you wish to use as a basis for the new Image.
- Do one of the following:
Click the Add Icon
Select Add from the Data Menu.
The Add Image dialog box is opened.
- In the New Image name box, enter a name for the new Image.
- Check to see that the Image name displayed in the Image being copied box is the Image you have selected from the Available Images list.
- Select the Copy from Image check box.
- Click OK.
