When using the Custom Report application, you can only add a NEW Autoload. If you want to update an existing Autoload for the selected Custom Report image, you must use the Autoload Scheduler application.
To add a new Autoload for a Custom Report image:
- Open the Custom Report application.
- In the Available Images list, select the Image.
- Click the Edit Icon or select Edit from the Data menu.
The Edit Image dialog box appears.
- Click the Autoload button.
The Setup Autoload dialog box appears.
- Now you can setup the new Autoload. Tasks related to setup are found in the Autoload Scheduler application.
- When you are finished setting up the new Autoload, click OK.
- If you are autloading the report to a printer, and the new autoload process is running locally:
Click the Save button and verify the page layout you want to use (Portrait or Landscape).
Click the Printer button, select the correc printer and click OK.
Click OK and then click Close.
If you are autoloading the report to a printer, and the autoload process is running on another computer, you must complete Step 7 on the computer on which the autoload process is running.
