Use the Header/Footer tab to:
Set up a custom report header and footer for the report layout. You can enter custom information to display in the header and footer boxes,
and you can also use any of the formatting options to display pertinent Account information such as name, address, etc.
The default header and footer, set up in Preferences, are displayed when you add a new layout. When you are copying an existing layout,
the header and footer for the layout being copied are displayed.
