Excluding a Remote Unit from a Call Schedule

At times it may be necessary to exclude one or more Remoute Units from a Call Schedule; for example, a Remote Unit's line may be down or the Remote Unit may be scheduled for periodic maintenance.
To exclude a Remote Unit from a Call Schedule:
  1. Open the Call Configuration application.
  2. In the Call Profile ID box, click the arrow and select the Call Profile to setup.
  3. Click
    The Call Scheule Preview dialog box appears.
  4. In the Scheduled Calls List, select the Remote Unit you want to restrict.
  5. Click Ignore
    The Ignore Next Call dialog box appears. Important call information is displayed so you can verify that you are restricting the proper Remote Unit.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Click OK on the Call Schedule Preview dialog box.
