The Week-To-Date Autoload option is one of a group of Autoload options that enable you to run an Autoload at specific time intervals.
Some combinations of Report Period options, (under How) and Frequency options, (under When) are illogical. The following
procedure assumes you are using the "logical" combination.
To setup a "Week-To-Date" Autoload:
- Open the Autoload Scheduler application.
- In the Applications Scheduled to Autoload list, select the applications for which you want to setup a "Week-To-Date" Autoload.
- Click the Edit Icon.
The Setup Autoload dialog box appears.
- Under When, in the Frequency box, click the arrow and select Daily.
- Under When, in the Next scheduled run date and time boxes, click the calendar and time buttons and specify the next time you want the Autoload to run.
- Under How, in the Report period box, click the arrow and select Week-to-Date.
- Under How, in the Start date and time boxes, click the calendar and time buttons and specify the beginning of the report period. Generally, this should be specifed as the beginning of the current week.
- Under How, in the Stop date and time boxes, click the calendar and time buttons and specify the end of the report period. Generally, the Stop date/time is set to the current date.
- Click OK.
The Autoload report will run from the beginning of the current week to the current day for every remaining day of the week. Upon completion, the Autoload will run in the same manner for the next week at its next scheduled run time.
