Adding a New Audit Report Image

There are two ways you can add new Audit Report Image to the system:
To add a new Audit Report Image:
  1. Open the Audit Report application.
  2. Click the Add Icon or select Add from the Data menu.
    The Add Image dialog box appears.
  3. In the New image name box, enter a name for the new Image.
  4. Deselect the Copy from image check box.
  5. Click OK.

To add a new Audit Report Image using information from an existing Image:
  1. Open the Audit Report application.
  2. In the Available Images list, select the Image you wish to use as a basis for the new Image.
  3. Click the Add Icon or select Add from the Data menu.
    The Add Image dialog box appears.
  4. In the New image name box, enter a name for the new Image.
  5. Verify that the Image name displayed in the Image being copied box is the Image you have selected from the Available Images list.
  6. Select the Copy from image check box.
  7. Click OK.
