There are two ways you can add new Audit Report Image to the system:
To add a new Audit Report Image:
- Open the Audit Report application.
- Click the Add Icon or select Add from the Data menu.
The Add Image dialog box appears.
- In the New image name box, enter a name for the new Image.
- Deselect the Copy from image check box.
- Click OK.
To add a new Audit Report Image using information from an existing Image:
- Open the Audit Report application.
- In the Available Images list, select the Image you wish to use as a basis for the new Image.
- Click the Add Icon or select Add from the Data menu.
The Add Image dialog box appears.
- In the New image name box, enter a name for the new Image.
- Verify that the Image name displayed in the Image being copied box is the Image you have selected from the Available Images list.
- Select the Copy from image check box.
- Click OK.
