You can view an Alarm Report after you have edited or set it up, or you can simply choose one you have previously configured and view it. If you view a previously configured report you will, of course, be viewing a report that has been setup for particular Remote Unit(s), alarms, time period and report columns. Typically, you will at least be changing the time period over which to retrieve the alarms you want to view.
For tasks such as Printing an Alarm Report for a Single Alarm, Printing an Alarm Report for a Single Remote Unit, or Printing an Alarm Report for all Remote Units you need only click Display before you print the report to view the report. (You can click Display after you print the report, but usually you will want to view and verify the data before you print).
To view an Alarm Report Image:
- Open the Alarm Report application.
- In the Available Images list, select the Image you want to view.
- Click the Edit Icon.
The Edit Image dialog box appears.
- Click Display
The Display Image dialog box appears where you can view the selected report.
