Adding a Weekly Report Image

There are two ways you can add a Weekly Report Image to the system:
To add a new Weekly Report Image:
  1. Open the Weekly Report application.
  2. Do one of the following:
    Click the Add Icon
    Select Add from the Data Menu.
    The Add Image dialog box is opened.
  3. In the New Image name box, enter a name for the new Image.
  4. Deselect the Copy from image check box.
  5. Click OK.
  6. The Edit Image dialog box appears.
To add a new Weekly Report Image using information from an existing Image:
  1. Open the Weekly Report application.
  2. In the Available Images list, select the Image you wish to use as a basis for the new Image.
  3. Do one of the following:
    Click the Add Icon
    Select Add from the Data Menu.
    The Add Image dialog box is opened.
  4. In the New Image name box, enter a name for the new Image.
  5. Verify that the Image name displayed in the Image being copied box is the Image you have selected
    in the Available Images list.
  6. Select the Copy from Image check box.
  7. Click OK.
    The Edit Image dialog box appears.
