The Overdue Call Report application enables you to verify, by using the next call time or last call time, which Remote Units are late (overdue) calling into the system. You can verify if a single Remote Unit, all the Remote Units in a particular Account, or all Remote Units in the system are overdue. You can define a reference date and time at which the Remote Unit is considered overdue and identified on the Overdue Call Report.
The Overdue Call Report should be run at the end of your call window to report that Remote Units have not called (to determine nonfunctioning Remote Units), or to audit the system and determine if there is a recurring problem.
The Overdue Call Report application is Autoloadable.
