To use the Overdue Call Report application, you must be assigned at least ONE of the following Security Privileges
in the User Security Configuration application:

Use the Overdue Call Report application to:
- Run a report for any Accounts or Remote Units that have not called in by a specific time.
- Retrieve the output through a hard copy report, or a comma delimited (CDF) file.
