Using the Account Defaults tab, a system preference to:

Design a default Account information tempalte that will be displayed whenever you choose to add a new Account to the system.

Account Defaults options:

Account ID box

Name box

Address 1 box

Address 2 box

City box

State box

Zip Code box

County box
