The Special Factors application enables you to add, edit, remove, and view special conversion factors for an Account or a List.
For example:
Your BTU factor changes on a monthly basis and you want a quick and easy way to make the necessary changes to the Remote Units that are affected. You could set up a Unit and apply its special conversion factors to the Account or List that includes all the affected Remote Units. You could run this process on the first of every month
