from customer equipment are collected by the data logging and communication
units on site.
- This information is periodically transferred, using dialup or wireless
technology, via either the Internet or local Telco system, to the Mercury
Instruments Data Center (MDC).
- Real-time event notification and On-Demand polling is available.
- The 24x7 MDC receives field information and stores it in a backed-up
database.
- The MDC Web server (like the one you're currently connected to) offers
secure, immediate access for data retrieval in tabular and graphical
formats.
- The MDC can also page, email, or FAX specific data and events (such
as tamper-detect or low battery alarms).
